President & Principal Real Estate Appraiser
Rod was born in Rosario, Argentina and raised across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. He is the founder of the appraisal firm whom obtained his Diploma in Realty Appraisal from Langara College, Vancouver in 1996.
Granted use of the CRA designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2005, was accepted as a professional member for the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia in 2007 and accepted as an Expert Witness before the Supreme Court of British Columbia (Vancouver) in 2009.
His knowledge and experience of residential real estate appraisal is extensive and spans twenty five years. Prior to starting his real estate appraisal career, Rod played professional soccer in the Canadian Soccer League (CSL) and also represented Team Canada - Soccer on the international stage.

Gustavo was born in Cali, Colombia. He obtained an Architect Degree from the Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali in 2014 and a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from the Universitat De Girona, Spain in 2016.
In 2020, Gustavo joined our firm as an associate. He has experience in architectural designs for single family dwellings, duplex, multi-family buildings, townhouses, condominiums, institutional buildings, urbanism, public buildings and parks, and interior design.
He is currently enrolled at UBC Sauder School of Business completing his final course leading to accreditation for the AICs professional CRA designation.
Gustavo is a devoted family man. He is married with a beautiful daughter. Hobbies include car enthusiast, travelling, nature hikes and history buff.

Crystal was born in Revelstoke, British Columbia and raised in Maple Ridge. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree: Economics from the University of Alberta.
In 2022, Crystal joined our firm as an associate. She has prepared hundreds of residential appraisal reports in compliance with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). Crystal has exceptional communication skills to consult with property owners and clients.
She is currently enrolled at UBC Sauder School of Business with only the final course remaining towards the AICs professional CRA designation. Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, reading, attending live concerts and traveling.
