Founded in 2004, Schenoni & Associates Inc. is a residential real estate appraisal and consulting firm that provides a broad range of valuation services. It is located centrally in Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley regions.

The company was established in order to provide highest standard quality work and integrity through strict adherence to the Appraisal Institute of Canada's (AIC) regulations and requirements.

Our professional appraisal team members hold designations as either a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) or Candidate Membership. Each member maintains liability insurance through the Professional Liability Insurance Sponsorship Program under the auspices of the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Our senior appraiser has completed more than 25,000 residential appraisals
within a 25-year time span.
